Press
The press room.
Everything you need to write about Aloud, in one place. If you need something that is not here, ask.
The one-liner
Aloud is the private rehearsal for the moments that count. It listens while you practice speaking and coaches your delivery in real time, entirely on your device.
The short version
Aloud is a browser app for rehearsing interviews, talks, defenses, and pitches. You speak; live meters answer with your pace, pauses, pitch variance, and energy; a Session Card summarizes the take with one thing to try next. Everything is computed and stored on the person's own device. No audio ever leaves the tab.
The boilerplate
Aloud is a private, on-device speaking-rehearsal app. It measures how you deliver a moment, pace, pauses, pitch, and energy, and (opt-in) the words themselves, without sending any of your voice to a server. It coaches delivery, never worth: there are no confidence scores, no leaderboards, and no engagement mechanics. The privacy wall is enforced by an automated test, not a promise.
What makes it different
- On-device by law. Your voice is never uploaded. The network footprint is short enough to publish, and it is published.
- A coach, not a judge. It measures the take, never the speaker. No scores of the person.
- Journeys, not a scoreboard. You advance when the microphone hears the behavior. No points, no streaks, no guilt.
